Iya Mendoza
CEO and Head of Accounting and Reporting
Her industry expertise spans across BPO, e-commerce, airlines, construction, retail, financial assurance, manufacturing and logistics. Iya previously worked as a Partner at AHC, a leading consultancy firm in Southeast Asia, where she focused on corporate compliance services and M&A support.
She graduated from UST with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
DAVE PATACSIL
CFO and Head of Global Compliance and Tax Strategy
He held leading roles in the top tax firms in Southeast Asia and the Philippine internal revenue department for almost a decade, before he joined a listed company as Chief Compliance Officer.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in accountancy and MBA at FEU, and Bachelor of Laws at UST.
JOSCEL DELOS CIELOS
Chairman, CBO, and Head of Strategy and Transactions
He is an enabler for build-to-scale start-ups in Asia and Europe, and has led multi-million funding rounds, and M&A deals.
He is recognized as part of Top 50 Finance Leaders in SEA by Aspire.
Joscel placed 5th in the July 2014 Philippines CPA Board Examinations. He obtained his Executive MBA at Asian Institute of Management and bachelor’s degree in accountancy at Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan.
