We are looking for a Brand Manager / Account Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Brand Manager / Account Manager will oversee livestream operations and manage key brand partnerships, ensuring seamless campaign execution and strategic growth. This role drives livestream strategy, host performance, and data-driven optimization, while serving as the main point of contact for brand partners and coordinating with TikTok on campaigns and platform initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing both internal operations and external communications to deliver impactful results for brands and the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Operations
• Participate in developing livestream strategies, scripts, and communication frameworks to
improve overall performance.
• Conduct host training and management, capability enhancement, performance
monitoring, and KPI management.
• Manage the livestream room setup, including lighting, background, equipment checks,
product display area, and execution flow control.
• Oversee livestream execution and real-time monitoring, adjusting rhythm and resolving
issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform daily and weekly data analysis and reviews; identify problems and propose
actionable optimization plans.
External Communication – Brand Partners
• Act as the daily communication window for brand partners, handling coordination,
planning alignment, and resource confirmation.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly business reports; attend brand meetings and
provide strategic insights.
• Develop professional plans for brands and drive execution of recommended strategies.
External Communication – TikTok Platform
• Coordinate with TikTok on campaign planning, official support, and resource acquisition.
• Participate in campaign reviews and provide optimization recommendations.
• Communicate with TikTok on brand health performance (bi-weekly) and support platform
growth initiatives.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top 10 university in the Philippines.
• 5+ years of management-level experience in e-commerce, brand operations, or TikTok related roles; strong preference for candidates from ByteDance, Shopee, or major brands’ ecommerce divisions.
• Deep understanding of TikTok e-commerce ecosystem and livestream commerce structure.
• Proven experience leading teams and achieving business growth targets.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and structured communication skills.
• Capable of high-level external engagement with brand executives and TikTok teams.
• Highly goal-driven, adaptable to fast-paced and rapidly evolving e-commerce environments.
• Proficient in both English and Filipino
