We are looking for an In-house Trainer
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
As an In-House Trainer, you are to design, deliver, and manage training programs with precision and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include teaching from the approved course curriculum, creating training materials aligned with vendor software, and ensuring all content remains current with product releases and evolving methodologies. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions that achieve high levels of end-user satisfaction and knowledge transfer, while maintaining accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate strong communication and instructional skills, with keen attention to detail in maintaining the integrity and relevance of training materials. You will collaborate closely with vendor training teams and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across programs. Your ability to manage multiple training schedules, meet tight deadlines, and provide exceptional support to learners will be essential to your success in this role.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Be able to teach from the Course Curriculum
• Create related training materials concerning forensics using the approved vendors’
software
• Update training material, ensuring materials are current with product releases and current
forensic methodologies.
• Deliver training engagements with a high level of end-user satisfaction and knowledge
transfer.
• Conduct research into emerging forensics trends to ensure our training programs remain
competitive within the marketplace
• Liaise with the approved vendor training team to ensure the latest update of teaching
materials.
• Engage with customers, meeting and planning of the training schedule and budget
• Upkeep of training machines, setup, and maintenance
• Consistent upgrade of product knowledge that is part of the teaching curriculum
Key Qualifications
● A Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
experience
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital forensics position in either a corporate or law
enforcement environment and using various digital forensics software solutions (computer
and mobile)
● Ability to translate complex, technical information into clear and concise training materials.
● Excellent presentation skills and experience delivering training to both small and large
audiences.
● Experience in creating course content and adult learning concepts.
● Familiarity with investigative workflow methodologies in the field of public and private sector
digital forensics is considered an asset.
● Strong ability to work independently.
● Excellent technical writing skills

● Ability to travel from time to time for course refreshers, workshops, and event
