We Are Looking for a Multi-Channel Network Creators Business Developer
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The MCN Creators Business Development professional will lead business development and company growth initiatives by driving creator sourcing, collaboration, and influencer management for TikTok livestreams and short videos. This role oversees the full lifecycle of creator projects, including identifying and matching suitable creators, coordinating livestream and short video content, managing long-term creator relationships, and ensuring seamless cross-team and brand collaboration. The position also manages TikTok Shop affiliate programs, monitors performance metrics, optimizes incentive structures, and participates in official TikTok events to secure platform resources and opportunities.
The ideal candidate leverages industry trends, platform insights, and creator ecosystem updates to develop actionable strategies that maximize growth, engagement, and commercial results while supporting overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Creators Sourcing and Matching
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable TikTok creators (KOLs/KOCs) based on brand objectives.
• Build and maintain a creator database with profiles, pricing, performance history, and content categories.
• Establish direct communication with creators/MCNs and manage negotiation and collaboration agreements.
Creator Collaboration Management (Livestream + Short Videos)
• Coordinate livestream collaborations, including scheduling, briefing, content direction, and material preparation.
• Manage the full cycle of short video projects: brief creation, content guidance, review, and publishing.
• Monitor performance of livestreams and videos, analyze results, and provide optimization suggestions.
Creator Relationship Management
• Develop long-term partnerships with creators to ensure stable and efficient collaboration.
• Manage creator communication, incentives, payment processes, and project feedback loops.
• Track industry trends and creator ecosystem updates to refine collaboration strategies.
Cross-team and Brand Collaboration
• Develop influencer collaboration proposals based on brand needs (livestream, short video, mixed strategies).
• Communicate collaboration strategy and budget recommendations to brand partners.
• Work with internal operations and livestream teams to ensure smooth execution of creator projects.
Store Affiliate Management
• Manage the brand’s TikTok Shop Affiliate Program (Creator Affiliate Alliance).
• Recruit suitable affiliate creators to improve traffic, conversion, and GMV contribution.
• Analyze affiliate performance and optimize commission plans, incentive mechanisms, and strategies.
• Support affiliate-driven promotions and co-branded activations.
Participation in TikTok Official MCN/Talent Events & Creator Shooting Management
• Actively participate in TikTok official MCN, influencer networking, and ecosystem events.
• Build strong communication channels with TikTok to obtain new resources, creator opportunities, and platform support.
• Organize creators for shooting sessions, including script communication, scheduling, location coordination, and final delivery.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above; graduates from top universities in the Philippines preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in MCN business development, influencer marketing, KOL operations, or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem and ability to evaluate creator content quality and sales capability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to independently finalize collaborations.
• Existing influencer or MCN resources are a strong plus.
• Strong execution, multitasking capability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English.
