Be part of our mission
We’re looking for passionate people to join us on our mission. We value flat hierarchies, clear communication, and full ownership and responsibility.
We are looking for a M&A Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
This is not a support role, and it is not for the faint of heart. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to run deals and build something at scale. We are building a national hospital platform through majority stake acquisitions, and you will be at the core of that effort. You will be working closely with the M&A leadership team, the Group CEO, Group CFO, Group Chief Marketing Officer and Business
Development Officer, and other senior leaders on high-conviction transactions that will shape the future healthcare in the Philippines.
As M&A Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of live transactions, leading due diligence, supporting negotiations, and actively driving deals through to closing. The role is for someone who wants responsibility, intensity, and impact – and is ready to earn it.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive transactions from first contact to close, owning diligence, process management, documentation, and internal approvals.
• Run the deal machine: coordinate analysts, associates, and advisors across financial
modelling, diligence, investment materials and timeline with high standards and attention to detail.
• Keep stakeholders, internal and external, aligned, responsive and moving.
• Push negotiations forward alongside senior leadership, helping structure, analyze and close transactions.
• Raise the quality, speed, and discipline of how deals get done.
Key Qualifications
● 5 to 8 years in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, or investment banking with real transaction exposure.
● You have taken ownership of major workstreams through at least one full cycle
● You have strong analytical skills and commercially sharp – you just don’t build models; you understand the business.
● You are calm under pressure, relentless about quality, and unfazed about complexity, ambiguity, or intensity.
● You are comfortable with long hours, shifting priorities, and high expectations – and you
perform at your best in that environment
