We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager / Account Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Brand Manager / Account Manager will lead TikTok livestream e-commerce strategy and operations, driving growth through strong execution and performance optimization. This role oversees livestream frameworks, SOPs, team development, and core business metrics while serving as the senior point of contact for brand partners and TikTok. The position delivers strategic plans,
leads business reviews, and translates platform insights and industry trends into impactful, data driven growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Operations Leadership (Internal)
• Lead the overall TikTok livestream e-commerce strategy, annual planning, and growth roadmap.
• Oversee livestream strategies, script frameworks, speaking guidelines, and conversion optimization.
• Manage and develop the operations team, including recruitment, training, KPI setting, performance management, and capability building.
• Build and optimize livestream SOPs; ensure end-to-end quality across execution, content,
flow and host performance.
• Own core business targets (GMV, conversion rate, ROI, traffic growth, etc.) and continuously optimize operational models.
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews; identify key insights and drive strategic improvements.
High-level Brand Partnership Management
● Act as the senior-level liaison with brand partners, overseeing strategic communication and planning.
● Deliver professional plans, including growth strategy, campaign planning, category insights, and content direction.
● Influence and drive brand partners to execute recommended strategies to achieve commercial goals.
● Lead weekly and monthly business meetings, providing high-quality reports and strategic recommendations.
TikTok Platform Collaboration
• Serve as the company’s senior representative to TikTok, securing resources and official support.
• Monitor campaign submissions, campaign reviews, and category strategy discussions.
• Monitor brand health performance (bi-weekly) and participate in TikTok’s growth initiatives.
• Track industry trends and platform updates to guide internal strategy innovation.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top 10 university in the Philippines.
• 5+ years of management-level experience in e-commerce, brand operations, or TikTok related roles; strong preference for candidates from ByteDance, Shopee, or major brands’ ecommerce divisions.
• Deep understanding of TikTok e-commerce ecosystem and livestream commerce structure.
• Proven experience leading teams and achieving business growth targets.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and structured communication skills.
• Capable of high-level external engagement with brand executives and TikTok teams.
• Proficient in both English and Filipino
