We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior/Associate!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Senior/Associate at Apeiron, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding exceptional talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, third party partners, candidates, and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth, efficient, and positive recruitment experiences.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, managing applicant data, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with organizational standards. You will help maintain recruitment dashboards, prepare reports, and support employer branding and staffing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution will directly support the growth of Apeiron and the delivery of high-quality professional services to our clients.
This role will be directly reporting to the People and Culture Lead of Apeiron.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job postings on job boards, social media, and internal other platforms
- Source and screen candidates using online databases, recruitment tools, and referral networks
- Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communications with candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate with third party recruitment partners to expedite internal and external recruitment
- Support employer branding efforts, including company branding and personal recruiter branding in social media and other platforms
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prepare recruitment metrics, dashboards, and related reports for managers
- Support onboarding processes, including document collection and pre-employment requirements
- Assist in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media campaigns
- Prepare and enhance report templates and support continuous improvement initiatives in TA operations
- Advocate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Support HR and cross-functional teams on recruitment-related tasks and projects
Key Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
At least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally from recruitment firmsor HR-related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excel skills such as pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines
- Energetic, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is a plus
- Open to occasional field work for events, job fairs, or other recruitment activities
